1. Overview
This notice describes the personal data processed when you visit this website or send us an enquiry. The controller is Heatshape GmbH.
There are two kinds of data: information you send us (contact form, email, phone), and technical data our host records automatically in server logs.
This website does not use a newsletter tool, analytics or advertising cookies, or social-media plugins.
2. Controller
The controller under the GDPR is:
Heatshape GmbHSiemens-Halske-Ring 203046 Cottbus, Germany
+49 162 1674105contact@heatshape.de
Represented by Dr.-Ing. Anton Evdokimov.
3. Hosting
We host this website on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you open a page, Cloudflare records technical data in server logs. This typically includes IP address, user agent, referrer, the URL requested, and the time of the request. We process this data to deliver the site, keep it secure, and investigate faults (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies for this purpose (for example __cf_bm). Consent is not required for those cookies.
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where Cloudflare is certified, and on Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information:
4. Contact form
If you use the form on this website, we receive your name, company, work email, optional process, and message at contact@heatshape.de.
The browser posts the form to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). FormSubmit forwards the details to us by email. A hidden honeypot field (website) is used only to block spam; submissions that fill it are discarded in the browser and are not sent to FormSubmit.
We process these data to handle your enquiry and any follow-up (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the data until the enquiry is closed or you ask us to delete it, unless a statutory retention duty applies. FormSubmit is a US provider. Further information:
5. Email or phone
If you contact us by email at contact@heatshape.de or by phone at +49 162 1674105, we store your message and the contact details provided so we can respond.
The legal basis and retention period are the same as for the contact form. We do not pass these data to third parties except FormSubmit for form delivery, or where we are legally required to do so.
6. Outbound links
This website links to LinkedIn (footer and About) and Google Scholar (About). These are ordinary links, not plugins or share buttons. Personal data are sent only if you click a link. The destination site’s privacy notice then applies:
7. Cookies
We do not set analytics, marketing, or consent cookies. There is no cookie banner because we do not use non-essential cookies.
Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies to protect delivery of the site. Those cookies are required to operate the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the following rights in particular:
- Access to the personal data we store (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, email or write to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Brandenburg LfDI or the authority in the EU member state where you live.
Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information
9. Storage and SSL
Unless a shorter period is stated above, we store personal data only as long as the purpose applies or a statutory duty (for example commercial or tax retention) requires it.
This website is served over HTTPS (TLS). You can see the encrypted connection from the lock icon in the browser address bar.
